This recipe is so easy to make, its a lazy recipe and perfect for a relaxing Sunday.
- 1 x Shoulder of Pork
- 1 Tsp of Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Rich Brown Sugar
Line a tray with tin foil big enough to wrap your meat later.
Take your shoulder of pork and pull it out flat, you may need to make a couple of slight cuts to stretch it out but it will cook better this way and is easier to rub.
Mix all of the spices together and rub half of the mix into the top side of your pork.
Preheat your oven to 200 - 220 °C and place the pork uncovered for 30 - 40 mins. Your looking for a deep red color and where some parts are just starting to burn.
Take it out of the oven, wrap with the foil and cook for about five hours at 150 °C.
