  • Sweet Potato
    Breaded Chicken
    Red peppers
    4 tablespoons salt
    1/2 tablespoon of white pepper
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon Chinese 5-spice seasoning
    1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
    1/2 tablespoon or less chilli flakes
    2 avocados
    1/4 of a red onion chopped finely
    2 spoons of coriander
    2 cloves of garlic crushed
    1/2 a tomato chopped finely, flesh removed
    A few spoons of sour cream / creme fraiche
    1 tablespoon of lemon or lime


Step 1

Cook your Chips and bake your chicken. (Unless your making the breaded chicken from scratch)

(If you use normal chips cook them and then finish them in the pan as below with the rest of the mix. If you use sweet potato put the chips into a bag with 4/6 spoons of olive oil and some spice mix and shake, lay them on a tray and cook in the oven @ 220c they take only about 15 mins.)

Step 2

Slice the chicken breasts into strips.
Add to the onions & peppers and fry them with a little Toasted Sesame Oil & your spice mix.
(Use as much as you like to your taste)
